The main ingredients are Maida flour, Ghee, Saffron and Sugar.
How to make jalebi:
Add 1 cup of sugar.
Add 1 cup of water.
Boil it while mixing.
Add one teaspoon of milk.
Then the dirt starts separating when the sugar boils.
Remove the dirt from the sides of the pan.
Add one and a half teaspoons of cardamom to the pan.
Add one cup of maida flour to a bowl.
Add one and a half teaspoon of baking soda to the bowl.
Add one and a half teaspoons kesar food colour
Mix them.
Add one cup of Curd.
Slowly add water.
Mix it.
Until there are no bumps.
Put it in a sauce bottle.
Put oil in a pan.
Then add ghee to the pan.
Heat it on medium heat.
The squirt the jalebi mixture into the pan from the sauce bottle.
Cook each side.
Put them immediately in the sugar syrup.
Dip it inside the syrup for 10 or 20 seconds.
